Blooming brilliant
Having partnered with Fleurs De Villes for FEMMES in 2022 and VOYAGE in 2023, we were delighted to feature in their ARTISTE exhibition on at the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh
Running from 31 May – 9 June 2024, ARTISTE celebrated Scotland’s fantastic creative industries and renowned artists with fresh floral displays. Fifteen stars of Edinburgh’s floristry world were paired with creative Scottish icons, bringing them to life with stunning floral installations.
As we near our 75th anniversary, we were delighted to be recognised alongside the likes of Scottish television masterpiece, Monarch of the Glen, creative greats like Charles Rennie Mackintosh, and Billy Connolly and art industries such as Scottish National Opera and Dovecot Studios.
Talented local florists Wildbells drew inspiration from our Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo Dancers. Celebrating the Scottish heritage of Highland Dance and how contemporary the art form can be today.
The exhibition also featured floral demonstrations and talks from Edinburgh based florists and botanical experts as well as art displays in the gardens historic Inverleith House.
